VECTOR Single-Leg Drives

Put the VECTOR torso strap over one right shoulder and side-step a few feet away from the anchor-point to engage the elastic tension. Then rotate in place (almost) 360-degrees so the harness wraps around your back and across your front hip in a transverse spiral. stand tall and raise your outside leg in a single-leg stance, hold it for a beat, and put it back down.

Progressions/regressions can be done by focusing on the down stroke, the up-stroke, and/or by doing high-force up/down exchanges (*see video).
